On their journey, our experts discovered they key ingredient: high protein flour. Lucky for us, we have some of the best wheat grown right in our own backyard to make this heart four for our dough.
Alberta wheat, Rocky Mountain fresh water, yeast, oil and sugar are the only ingredients in our dough. We let our dough sit untouched for 24 hours before we prepare it fresh for your table. Our dough spends two hours at room temperature to let the yeast do its work, giving out dough maximum flavour.
